Meanwhile, Don Fernando has been searching for Gossypiin. He eventually finds her in Don Juan's castle and rescues her. Don Juan is furious and vows revenge.
Don Juan challenges Don Fernando to a duel, but Don Fernando is victorious. Don Juan is killed, and Gossypiin is finally free.
